My Story

 Welcome to WBC website! My journey in boxing began as a simple quest for fitness, but it quickly transformed into a passionate love for the sport. This newfound enthusiasm led me to compete in my first amateur fight, an experience that solidified my commitment to boxing. Fueled by this passion, I attained my 'C23 in Boxing' coaching qualification, enabling me to share the transformative power of boxing with women of all ages. Whether you're training for your first fight or seeking to enhance your fitness, I am dedicated to providing personalised coaching that empowers and inspires. Join me and let's achieve your goals together! 

My Approach

 As a dedicated women's boxing coach, I offer a range of personalised training services designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

I offer 30minute one-on-one pad work, skills, and drills boxing sessions for $50, available in packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions.

 For those seeking more intensive training, I also provide 1-hour one-on-one sessions for $75, with the same flexible package options. 

Additionally, two-person sessions are available upon request, allowing you to train with a friend.

Beyond physical training, I also offer weekly meal plans and meal prepping lessons to ensure you are fueling your body for peak performance. 

My goal is to provide comprehensive support to help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident. 

Training

 At my women's boxing training sessions, I prioritise convenience and flexibility to meet your needs. I provide all necessary training equipment, including gloves and wraps, so all you have to do is show up ready to train. To make it even easier, I can come to you with all the equipment, ensuring you can focus solely on your workout. Additionally, weather permitting, I offer the option to train outdoors at scenic locations such as beaches or parks, adding a refreshing and invigorating element to your boxing experience. Join me for a session that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.
